Our community is made up of 71 apartments for individuals that are 55+.

Floor plan options include studios, one and two bedroom apartments, as well as large deluxe apartments. Apartments are unfurnished. Each apartment comes with cable hook-ups, telephone jacks, individually controlled thermostats, a kitchenette, and either a private patio or balcony. Utilities are included. HDTV and high-speed internet can be set up.

Our residents enjoy stunning mountain, garden and courtyard views. Our beautifully landscaped courtyards are walker and wheelchair friendly.
